These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the vip55 platform, accessible via vip55.plus and all associated sub-domains. This platform is operated and owned by vip55 Group, a company duly registered and licensed under the applicable jurisdiction.

By using the vip55 platform, whether via desktop or mobile browser, you hereby agree that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines set out by vip55.
• You acknowledge that vip55 reserves the right to update, modify, or withdraw any part of these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
• Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, both of which form part of the comprehensive agreement between you and vip55.

To be eligible to register and use the vip55 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Two-factor authentication (2FA): We encourage all members to enable 2FA via account settings for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your account: Each account is for the use of a single individual only. Sharing an account or allowing others to use your account is a breach of terms and may result in account termination.
• Report suspicious activity: If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact the vip55 customer support team immediately.

Vip55 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Accordingly, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip55 platform:

• Use of offensive, obscene, defamatory, or racially charged language in any platform communication channel, including live chat.
• Any form of fraud, identity impersonation, or submission of falsified documents.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt vip55's systems or technical infrastructure.
• Spreading false information, defamatory content, or harmful material relating to vip55 or other members.
• Any activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

Vip55 reserves the right to take immediate action against any member found to be in breach of this code of conduct, including suspending or terminating the account and forfeiting any related balances or wins.

You may close your vip55 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering must be settled and any eligible balance will be transferred to you via your registered payment method.

Vip55 also reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Inability to verify your identity or eligibility after repeated requests.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts with a balance may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after this period).
